1. High efficiency and high output, low cost and no pollution:

(1) Large reduction ratio, high usage of energy. Non-metal material under 15mm in size can be processed into micro-powder under 10µm in size (D97), 40% is 3µm fine powder, which has large specific surface area. The equipment has the advantages of high output and low cost, and can produce ultra-fine powder.
(2) HCH1395 Ultra-fine Mill is the largest ring roller mill in China. With an output of 11t/h, the equipment break the problem of the large-scale producing of ring roller mill.
(3) Lower energy consumption, no pollution. The equipment operates under negative pressure, installed with larger dust remover, offing a low dust environment; applied with semi-automatic control and special technology to improve capacity, the equipment is one of the lowest energy consumption ultra-fine mill.

2. Reliable operation, easy maintenance:

(1) Stable operation, the main mill has special and high performance classifying device. The production quality is high and has no large particle pollution. It is an ideal equipment in non-metal fine powder dry processing.
(2) Grinding wheel and ring are cast by special wear-resistant steel, which has long service time. It also reduce the time and labor cost of maintenance.
(3) Main mill pedestal applied single-casting structure, ensuring structural strength and lower the vibration.

3. Complete set, wide usage:

(1) The equipment organized a complete production system from material crushing, transporting, grinding to production collecting, storing and packing.
(2) The main mill is installed with classifying system, production fineness can be adjusted. The equipment has wide application in producing fine powder of D97=3-8µm or normal powder of D97=10-40µm.

4. High cost effective, low investment cost:

(1) The mill is in stereo-chemical structure, which lower the floor space and construction cost;
