What is Cement Raw Material?

What is cement raw material? It is composed material of calcareous, a small amount of correction clayey material (sometimes adding a mineralization agent, seed and so on, add coal when the production of kiln), to a certain degree of fineness of grinding material. Currently, in order to follow the clinker calcination process smoothly during the progress of various physical and chemical reactions in cement manufacturing, reduce energy consumption during calcination and to improve the capacity and quality of clinker.

Raw material is to mixing various materials according to required proportion, then grinding into a suitable kiln calcined semi-finished products which is for calcined into mature material (also semi-finished products), and then mixed with clinker and some materials into the cement.

Cement Raw Material powder processing technological process

Phrase one: raw material crushing
Cement raw material blocks will be crushed to 15mm-50mm fineness by crusher.
Phrase two: grinding
Crushed cement raw material will be sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then the feeder will send the material to the main mill for grinding.
Phrase three: classifying
Grinded cement raw material powder will be classified; coarse powder will fall back into the main mill waiting to be grinded again.
Phase four: production collecting
Qualified powder will flow with the air and be collected in the dust catcher, and then the finished powder will be transported to the product storage bin through discharge port. Lastly, the powder will be loaded by tank car or packed by packing machine.
