Shandong Province has also issued the Lu heavily polluted weather emergency Office [2017] 1 document to brief in the province.

Feedback from other inspection team found that there are some companies do not strictly implement the heavily polluted weather emergency response measures, such as:

Shahe City, Hebei Province, crystal glass factory is not fully implemented in Xingtai City, heavily polluted weather emergency plan "to stop the transport of raw materials" requirements.

Jinan City, Shandong Province, Shandong Jinshi Chemical Co., Ltd. limited production ratio of less than 60%, did not meet the "Jinan City, heavily polluted weather emergency plan" requirements.

Jinan City Longshan Jingu residential site is not in accordance with the "Jinan City heavily polluted weather emergency plan" Ⅰ emergency response requirements to stop all construction operations.

Kaifeng City, Henan Province opened Chemical Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. a branch part of the dust, sulfur dioxide emissions.
